Resilient Development Initiative Ethiopia (RDI) continues to strengthen access to and participation in primary education through the project “Enhancing Access, Retention, and Continuity of Primary Education for Vulnerable Children in Guse Primary School, Guto Gidda Woreda, East Wallaga Zone, West Oromia Region.”
The project is supported through locally mobilized resources and volunteer contributions, reflecting RDI’s commitment to community-led action and sustainable support for vulnerable children.
As part of the initiative, RDI conducted back-to-school campaigns, community mobilization, and awareness-raising activities to encourage children to return to school, promote continued participation in education, and strengthen community support for children’s learning.
The activities brought together community members, parents, volunteers, and other local stakeholders to highlight the importance of education and the collective responsibility to create a supportive learning environment for vulnerable children.
Through these efforts, RDI remains committed to working alongside communities to promote inclusive education, strengthen community engagement, and help vulnerable children access and remain in school.
